Blogger recently introduced Wikipedia Widget to their gadget gallery. Google Plus blogger page recently updated this information.
Their status as follows :
Our newest addition to the Gadget Gallery is the Wikipedia gadget. It allows you to insert a Wikipedia search tool into your sidebar, below the header, or above the footer. Insert this gadget by going to the Layout tab of your blog, selecting "Add a gadget," and finding this gadget in the "More Gadgets" section of the gallery.
On your blog, the search results will populate below the search bar and link out to the corresponding Wikipedia article (in a new browser tab).
